SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO) Supply Network Planning has been set up to plan production at all Ferrara facilities with material and capacity constraints taken into account. This produces a feasible supply plan that avoids the pitfalls of material shortage and unavailable resources. The SAP APO solution supports planning the same items on resources at different plants, allowing supply planners a high degree of flexibility. SAP BusinessObjects reports were developed to extract data from Capable-to-Match (CTM) log and provide the output to users in an analysis-friendly format.
